Helm.ai Germany GmbH setzt dieses Fahrzeug ausschließlich zu Demonstrationszwecken ein. Das Fahrzeug ist mit Sensoren und Kameras ausgestattet, um die Funktionen der eingebauten Systeme in Echtzeit zu demonstrieren. Dabei werden keine Video- oder Bilddaten aufgezeichnet, gespeichert oder übertragen.

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt ausschließlich flüchtig im Arbeitsspeicher der verbauten Systeme, ohne dass personenbezogene Daten erfasst oder gespeichert werden. Es findet somit keine Datenverarbeitung im Sinne der DSGVO statt.
